Our Tourist Rent Ilaria is an elegant 60- square-meter LOFT located in the elegant and residential district of San Vito.

The apartment, on the second floor of a building equipped with an uphill elevator, is located in a strategic area for those who come to Trieste and visit it by car, thanks to the proximity of the access to the elevated railway that connects the center to the highway and to Slovenia.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you will see the large and bright living room with a kitchen peninsula, a space from which you access the spacious terrace. There is also a spacious master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The furniture has different types of style, perfectly blended, with a mix of pop and industrial styles and colors, such as the bright red of the armchair in the living room, the white deer in the hallway and the elegant gray resin floor.

Nearest parking: Antonio Rosmini Parking in Piazzale Antonio Rosmini or Viale Romolo Gessi Parking in Viale Romolo Gessi.

The space is divided as follows:
large LIVING AREA with sofa, television, armchair.
FULL KITCHEN with peninsula and induction hob, oven, coffee maker and moka, dishes and dishes, various utensils, dishwasher.
BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, television, washing machine, large terrace.

Heating is centralized.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
