Bright and cozy apartment of 78 square meters, located in Via Gatteri, near the Ospedale Maggiore and the very well served Viale XX Settembre, in a strategic area to easily walk to the center of Trieste and its main attractions.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building without an elevator.
Thanks to the many beds in the apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, Affitto Turistico Via Gatteri 60 is the perfect solution for a vacation with family or friends.

Nearest paid parking: Parking Saba Ospedale Maggiore in Via della Pietà 7.

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
large LIVING AREA with sofa bed, armchair, television, dining table.
DINING KITCHEN with gas stove, oven, kettle, dining table, with access to balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM
BATHROOM: Bathtub with shower, bidet, washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, television, air conditioning.

The heating system is independent.


SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50 per person/per night.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
