BANDENA guesthouse is located in the heart of Trieste's historic center, inside a prestigious building overlooking Piazza della Borsa, a stone’s throw from Piazza Unità d’Italia. It’s located in Via di Tor Bandena 1, on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator.
We would like to remind you that BANDENA is a guesthouse, not a hotel, so there is no 24-hour reception (but don't worry, you can always count on the help of the staff who helped you with the check in procedure) and there is no breakfast service.
If you want a change of linen and a tidying up of the room, you can request it at an extra cost.
Room 3 is a bright double room, overlooking Piazza della Borsa, it can accommodate 2 people.
The bathroom is private; there is a shower stall, toilet and bidet.
Nearest paid parking: Park San Giusto and Park Molo IV.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning, mini fridge, tea kettle.
Heating is centralized. Air conditioning with heat pump function is also available.
SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the room for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the room is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a lockbox and enter the guesthouse completely independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
