If you would like to look out from your terrace and see the beautiful landscape on the sea, the Victory Lighthouse, the Baywatch - Perarolo 8 apartment is just for you!

This spacious 120-square-meter apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 guests, is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. As soon as you arrive, you'll enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Trieste and the Victory Lighthouse from your livable terrace, accessible from the living room.
In addition, you will have a place in the condominium garden to park your car.

The space is divided as follows:
KITCHEN complete with a gas stove, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, various utensils, dining table.
large LIVING ROOM with 4 comfortable armchairs, television and spacious dining table, with access to the terrace.
2 DOUBLE BEDROOM
1 BEDROOM WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS
BATHROOM 1: Bathtub, bidet.
BATHROOM 2: Shower stall, washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, terrace, parking, air conditioning.

Heating is independent.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
