This spacious 85-square-meter apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 guests, is located on the fourth and top floor of a building without an elevator. If stairs don't scare you, you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Trieste and the Victory Lighthouse, which you can enjoy from the large livable terrace, accessible from the living room.
In addition, you will have a place in the condominium garden to park your car.
BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!
It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.
The space is divided as follows:
KITCHEN with gas stove, tea kettle, dishwasher, oven, various utensils.
large LIVING ROOM with comfortable sofa bed, armchair, television and spacious dining table, from where you can access the terrace.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
