Blue Marble

Blue Marble is a comfortable and spacious apartment, located at 10 Via Denza, in one of the city's most elegant neighborhoods. Perfect for spending a relaxing family vacation.
The apartment is located in an area well served by multiple businesses and well connected to the city center by bus lines.
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator.

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
KITCHEN equipped with gas stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle oven, various utensils, dining table.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM
1 SINGLE BEDROOM with changing table
BATHROOM with shower stall and bidet.
LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, SMART TV and dining table.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, penguin air conditioning.

The heating system is self-contained.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a padlock and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately, in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
