Lovely 40-square-meter apartment, carefully furnished and equipped with all comforts, located on a street parallel to Viale XX Settembre, in a quiet area but well served by multiple commercial activities and from which you can easily walk to the main attractions of the city.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building with an elevator. Due to its location on a high floor, the apartment is very quiet and in every room there is plenty of light.
There is also a single sofa bed in the living area to accommodate a third guest.

Nearest paid parking: Parking Saba Ospedale Maggiore in Via della Pietà 7.

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
large LIVING AREA with sofa bed, television, dining table.
FULL KITCHEN with two-burner induction hob, microwave oven, kettle, dishes and kitchenware, various utensils, washing machine.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM.
BATHROOM: Shower stall.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning, television.

The heating is independent and is regulated by air conditioning, both for heating and cooling.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.20.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
There is also the possibility of late check out from 19:00 to 00:00 hours.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
