DADA - Decò

DADA rooms & arts is a modern and fascinating guesthouse, consisting of 5 rooms, each with its own distinctive style. The guesthouse is located in Via Trento 16, near the train station, just a 6-minute walk from Piazza del Ponterosso and 10 minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia. It is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator.

We would like to remind you that DADA is a guesthouse, not a hotel, so there is no 24-hour reception (but don't worry, you can always count on the help of the staff who helped you with the check in procedure) and there is no breakfast service.
If you want a change of linen and a tidying up of the room, you can request it at an extra cost.

Room number 3 in DADA is the Decò room.
The Decò room is the most elegant room and it takes you back in time to the roaring 1920s. In this room sophistication and functionality blend perfectly and create an extremely relaxing atmosphere. The gem of this room is the bathtub with very special eagle paw-shaped feet.
The room can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed.

The bathroom is private, there is a shower stall and a tub and bidet.
The room overlooks Via Trento.

Heating is centralized. Air conditioning with heat pump function is also available.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the room for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the codes and instructions to take the keys which are kept in a padlock at the entrance of the facility and enter the guesthouse in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
