On your arrival day, you can come directly to our office during check-in hours to complete the identification process; we are located at Via Trento 15a, just a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station.
🔑 Guest identification is mandatory, even if you have already completed the online check-in process. Our reception team will provide the keys and instructions for independent access to the apartment.
The tourist tax applies per person, per night for the first 5 nights and is payable at check-in. Minors, local residents, and law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. DURING YOUR STAY:
If anything isn't working or isn't quite right during your stay, please let us know immediately! We’ll be happy to help.
Please remember that this is a private property. In winter, do not set the temperature above 21°C, and in summer, do not set it below 23°C. The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74).
