Then our Ginestre Mare 7 - Seashore Apartment is just for you! The 45-square-meter apartment, which can accommodate 4 people, is located inside the small Le Ginestre beach resort, with private beach and services dedicated to both adults and children, on the strada costiera.
Le Ginestre Mare 7 is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a happy and carefree family vacation or for those who are looking for a fantastic location for a romantic getaway, lulled by the sound of the waves.

The apartment has free parking for guests.
NB. For our guests staying during the opening period of the beach establishment (from 01/06/24 to 22/09/24), the price of the apartment will also include 1 beach umbrella and 2 beach loungers AS A GIFT!

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
comfortable LIVING AREA with sofa, dining table and KITCHEN.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM
1 BEDROOM with 2 SINGLE BUNK BEDS.
BATHROOM: Shower stall, bidet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning, terrace with dining table.

Heating is independent and is regulated with air conditioning as a heat pump.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
