Located in the pedestrian center of Trieste, on the lively Via Torino, a few steps from the Rive and just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Unità d'Italia, we offer this spacious and well-finished renovated apartment of 75 square meters, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of a historic building with a small elevator. The high floor makes the apartment very bright but also very quiet and peaceful, thanks to the new fixtures installed, despite being located on a busy street. The gem of this apartment are the two small terraces, a small veranda with access from the kitchen and another with access from one of the two bedrooms that offers a charming view of the sea and the majestic Revoltella Museum.

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
KITCHEN complete with induction hob, moka and coffee maker, oven, microwave oven and various utensils.
2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, in each room there is a television.
BATHROOM 1: Shower stall, bidet and hair dryer.
BATHROOM 2: toilet, sink.
SMALL UTILITY ROOM with washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning.

Heating is independent and is adjusted with air conditioning remotes for both hot and cold air.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a lockbox and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
