"Il Sogno" Apartment

Elegant and well-kept, recently renovated apartment located in Via Caprin 3, in a quiet area but well served by multiple commercial activities and allowing a 15-minute walk to Piazza Unità d'Italia.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building with no elevator. The apartment is very quiet and bright, furnished with fine and custom-made furniture.

The space is divided as follows:
LIVING AREA with sofa bed, Smart TV.
FULL KITCHEN with induction plate, oven, dishwasher, kettle, plates and dishes, various utensils.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM.
BATHROOM: Shower stall, washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning.

Heating is independent and is regulated by thermostat.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately, in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
