La Casa dei Leoni

La Casa dei Leoni is a spacious, recently renovated and tastefully furnished 90-square-meter apartment located in Via Udine, in the Roiano district.
The area is strategic because it is well served by multiple businesses, many bus lines, close to the train station, and in an ideal position to walk to the most important attractions of the city.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a period building with an elevator and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Nearest paid parking: Saba Silos parking lot in Piazza della Libertà, 9.

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
spacious LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, television.
LUNCH ROOM with a big dining table.
DINING KITCHEN complete with gas stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, high dining table.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM with 2 SINGLE BEDS.
BATHROOM 1: Shower stall, bidet.
BATHROOM 2: Bathtub, bidet, washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning.

Heating is independent.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
