Nice and comfortable apartment located in the historic center of Muggia, perfect for a vacation with family or a group of friends.
The apartment is traditional and located within walking distance from the medieval castle of Muggia, its location will allow you to experience the historical past of the town.

BED POLICY: It will be our care to prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated at the time of booking.
N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!
It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN complete with induction cooktop, oven, microwave oven, various utensils.
LIVING AREA with sofa bed, television and spacious dining table.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM
1 BEDROOM WITH 1 SINGLE BED, refrigerator
BATHROOM 1: Shower stall, bidet.
BATHROOM 2: Shower stall, washing machine and bidet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: air conditioning, Wi-fi.

Heating is autonomous.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Muggia, which is EUR 1,50 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a padlock and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately, in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
