Light Blue Apartment

Light Blue Apartment is a warm and cozy 46-square-meter apartment located in Via Donadoni in the Largo della Barriera Vecchia area, about a 20-minute walk from Piazza Ponterosso and a 30-minute walk from Piazza Unità d'Italia.

The apartment is located in an area well served by multiple businesses and well connected to the city center by bus lines.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The high floor at which the apartment is located will ensure peace and quiet, and from the small terrace you can enjoy an open view of the city.

The neutral and delicate tones that characterize the rooms and furnishings make the house extremely comfortable and will make you feel at home. With 2 comfortable double beds, Light Blue is the ideal apartment for a family vacation or a small group of friends.

Nearest pay parking: Saba Ospedale Maggiore parking lot in Via della Pietà, 7.

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
Full KITCHEN with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, various utensils, with access to the small terrace.

1 BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM with large sofa, armchair and television.
1 BATHROOM with bathtub, bidet and washing machine.

The heating is independent and is regulated by the thermostat in the hallway.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a lockbox and enter the apartment independently.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

Please note that pets are NOT allowed in our apartments.
