Important information about your accommodation

BED PREPARATION POLICY: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please let us know in time and we will try to accommodate your request, which may have an extra charge.

CHECK-IN:
🕒 Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 19:00. You will be contacted by our staff to register your documents via our Guest Portal, you will be required to provide ID for all guests.The day of your arrival, during check-in times, you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station.
🔑 The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in. The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
The tourist tax is per person per night for the first 5 nights, payable at check-in. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the ""Alloggiati Web"" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Remember that you are in a private establishment! In winter you should not raise the temperature above 21 °C, and in summer below 23 °C. Switching air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74).

🕥 Check-out is by 10:00 am, if you have different requests please contact us, we will be happy to help you if possible. Please check that you have not forgotten anything in the apartment, if so we will be happy to help you retrieve it.
