Just a few steps from the Rive and the scenic Grand Canal, we present this spacious and bright 100 sqm apartment with sea and rooftop views!

The apartment, located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator, is located in a strategic area of the city, within the Borgo Teresiano. We have within walking distance the pedestrian area of the city, which takes us directly to Piazza della Borsa and from there to Piazza Unità D'Italia. Thanks to its generous size, the apartment is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a stay in Trieste with friends or family.
Finally, the panoramic terrace will give unexpected views of the surrounding buildings and the rooftops of the center, with even the inevitable glimpse of the sea!

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
Full eat-in KITCHEN with dining table, microwave oven, dishwasher, plates and dishes, various utensils.
Large living room with access to the terrace, equipped with sofa bed and TV.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM with 2 SINGLE BEDS.
First bathroom with Bathtub, toilet, bidet.
Second bathroom with Shower, toilet, bidet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning, television, private parking included.

Heating is central, with opening hours set by the condominium.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be less than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
