Just a few steps from Viale XX Settembre, in Piazza dell'Ospitale 7, in a very central area full of services, we present this spacious and bright attic apartment of 90 square meters, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a historic building with an elevator that reaches the fourth floor and then it is necessary to walk up two flights of stairs. Skylights above the spacious living room give plenty of light and a charming glimpse of the rooftops of the surrounding buildings.

Nearest paid parking: Parking Saba Ospedale Maggiore in Via della Pietà 7.

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
large LIVING AREA with sofas, armchairs, a spacious dining table, television, and a sofa bed for 2 guests.
KITCHEN with dining table, oven, microwave oven, various utensils.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM
1 BEDROOM with 2 SINGLE BEDS
BATHROOM: Bathtub, bidet, washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning, television.

Heating is independent and is regulated by a thermostat in the hallway.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a lockbox and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

Please note that pets are NOT allowed in our apartments.
