Important information about your accommodation

The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located on the second floor of a building with lift.

BED PREPARATION POLICY: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please let us know in time and we will try to accommodate your request, which may have an extra charge.

CHECK-IN:
🕒 Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 19:00. The day of your arrival you can come directly to our office during check in times and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in. The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
🔑 You will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal, it will be necessary to provide the identity documents of all guests.
The tourist tax is €2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights, payable at check-in. Minors, residents, law enforcement officers on duty are exempt.

DURING YOUR STAY:
If something doesn't work or doesn't go well during your stay, report it to us please! We will be happy to help you!
Remember that you are in a private establishment! In winter you should not raise the temperature above 21 °C, and in summer below 23 °C. Switching air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74).

CHECK-OUT:
🕥 Check-out is by 10:00 am, if you have different requests please contact us, we will be happy to help you if possible. Please check that you have not forgotten anything in the apartment, if so we will be happy to help you retrieve it.
