In a strategic and very central location, we offer this spacious and modern apartment Roma 30, located within the Borgo Teresiano, from which you can reach the train station in just 5 minutes on foot and Piazza del Ponterosso in 6 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a period building with an elevator: you will stop on the second floor and then you will need to walk up to the third and last floor.
The 124-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

Nearest paid parking lots: Parking Saba Silos in Piazza della Libertà, 9 or Molo 4 Parking in Corso Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour, 3.

BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!

It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
OPEN SPACE KITCHEN with induction hob, moka, tea kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven, wine glasses, various utensils.
LIVING AREA with comfortable sofa, sitting area with TV, dining table.
2 BEDROOMS, each with a private bathroom: one with a double bed and a sofa bed and one with a double sofa bed.
BATHROOM 1: Shower stall, bidet, washing machine and hair dryer.
BATHROOM 2: Shower stall, bidet.
BATHROOM 3: Shower stall, bidet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner.

The heating is independent and is regulated by the thermostat in the living room.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a lockbox and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

Please note that pets are NOT allowed in our apartments.
