Spacious, well-kept and recently renovated apartment in the center of Trieste, just a few steps from the Rive and only a 3-minute walk from Piazza Ponterosso. The property is located in a quiet area full of stores, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a period building (no elevator), features stucco and finishes from the late 19th century and a wonderful little terrace that will allow you to relax in peace.

Nearest paid parking lots: Park Molo IV, Parking available in the street (we suggest you to use the app Easy Parking for payment).

SLEEPING POLICY: It will be our care to prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated at the time of booking.
N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate, NOT shared bed, let us know in time and we will try to accommodate you!
It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.

The space is divided as follows:
LIVING KITCHEN with dining table and complete with induction cooktop, mocha, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and various utensils
LARGE LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, dining table and Smart Tv equipped with amazon Fire stick, with access to Amazon Prime video.

1 BEDROOM with two single beds
BATHROOM 1: Equipped with shower stall and double sink.
BATHROOM 2 in the Trieste style: toilet and bidet, sink.
SMALL TERRACE

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a padlock and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.

NB. Unfortunately, in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
