Cozy and comfortable 40-square-meter apartment, located in Via Fulvio Testi 3, in the heart of Trieste, on the slopes of San Giusto hill.
This apartment is ideal for those who wish to visit the historic center of Trieste and explore its wonders, while remaining in an area away from city traffic. It is also well served by commercial activities and numerous bus stops.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building with an elevator and can accommodate up to 3 people.
Nearest paid parking lot: Parking Garage San Vito in Via Tigor 18.
BED PREPARATION: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you!
It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.
The space is divided as follows:
comfortable DINING KITCHEN with dining table, two armchairs, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, various utensils.
1 BEDROOM with 1 DOUBLE BED and 1 SINGLE BED.
BATHROOM: Shower stall, bidet, washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning.
The heating is independent.
SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 1.50.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a lockbox and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
