Apartment with a modern and sophisticated style, is located on the second floor of a prestigious building of recent construction (equipped with an elevator) in Via Pauliana 3. The apartment is located a few minutes' walk from the Central Train Station and Viale Miramare, which leads to the Barcola waterfront and Miramare Castle
Closest paid parking lots: Parking Saba Silos in Piazza della Libertà, 9 or Molo 4 Parking in Corso Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour, 3.
BED POLICY: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated when booking.
N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, let us know in time and we will try to accommodate you!
It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival.
The space is divided as follows:
KITCHEN complete with induction cooktop, mocha coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven,various utensils.
LIVING AREA with comfortable sofa bed, TV, dining table.
1 BEDROOM, with tv.
1 BATHROOM : shower stall, bidet,
STORAGE ROOM : with washer.
Other services available: air conditioning, Netflix and Dinsey Plus are included.
A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2,20 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
NB. Unfortunately, in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
