Elegantly furnished, bright and recently renovated apartment. Located in Via Caprin 3, in a quiet area but well served by multiple commercial activities and allowing a 15-minute walk to Piazza Unità d'Italia.
The apartment is very spacious, located on the third floor of a recently renovated building with no elevator.
The space is divided as follows:
LIVING AREA with dining table, Smart TV.
FULL KITCHEN with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, plates and dishes, various utensils.
1 DOUBLE BEDROOM.
BATHROOM: Shower stall, washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning.
Heating is independent and is regulated by thermostat.
A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is to be done by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please let us know as soon as possible. Late checkout is an extra service for a fee.
- On the day of your arrival, as soon as the apartment is ready, you will receive codes and instructions to take the keys kept in a padlock and enter the apartment independently.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
NB. Unfortunately, in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
