Important Information About Your Apartment

BED POLICY: We will prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated during the booking process. If you need each guest to sleep in a separate, non-shared bed, please let us know in advance, and we will try to accommodate your request, which may incur an additional cost.

CHECK-IN:
🕒 Check-in is available from 15:00 to 19:00. Our staff will contact you to register your documents via our Guest Portal, and it will be necessary to provide the ID of all guests. On the day of arrival, you can reach us directly at our office during check-in hours to complete the identification. We are located at Via Trento 15a, just a 2-minute walk from Trieste’s central station.
🔑 The guest identification process is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in. The reception will provide the keys and instructions to access the apartment independently.
The tourist tax is per person per night for the first 5 nights, payable at check-in. Minors, residents, and active law enforcement officers are exempt.

DURING YOUR STAY:
If something isn’t working or isn’t right during your stay, please report it immediately! We will be happy to assist you!
Remember, you are staying in a private property! In winter, please do not set the temperature above 21°C, and in summer, below 23°C. The turning on and off of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to compliance with Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

CHECK-OUT:
🕥 Check-out is by 10:00. If you have different requests, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you if possible. Make sure you haven’t forgotten anything, and if so, we’ll be happy to help retrieve it.
