Well-finished and modern studio apartment of 30 square meters completely renovated, located on the central Via Battisti, a few steps from Viale XX Settembre, an area well served by numerous commercial activities.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator. Thanks to the newly installed windows, the apartment is quiet and peaceful.
This apartment is equipped with all the necessary furnishings to make you have a comfortable and pleasant stay in Trieste.

The space is divided as follows:
OPEN-SPACE LIVING AREA with comfortable dining table with KITCHEN complete with an induction hob, oven and various utensils.
1SLEEPING AREA with SOFA BED.
BATHROOM: Shower stall, bidet and hair dryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning, television.
Heating is independent and is regulated by the thermostat at the entrance.
SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- 2-3 days before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the City of Trieste, which is EUR 2.00.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

- Check in is possible from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you wish to check in at a different time, please indicate this on your reservation or send us an email and we will check availability.
- Check out is by 10:00 am. This is to allow the housekeeping staff to prepare and sanitize the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check out, please tell us as soon as possible. Late check out is an extra service with an extra cost.
- The day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 15a Trento Street, only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. The guest identification procedure is mandatory even if you have already completed the online check-in.
- The front desk will then provide you with the keys and instructions to enter the apartment in complete autonomy.
- Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74):
In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
In winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
NB. Unfortunately in our apartments, pets are NOT allowed.
